No analytics tool, advertising pixel or tracking script of ours runs on these pages. The one record that does exist is the usual web-server log — IP address, time, page requested, and the browser and device string sent by your software. We build no profile from them, and we sell no personal information. |
| Your rights | Where the law provides it, and subject to its exceptions, you can ask what we hold and request access, correction or erasure. Rights to object, to restrict processing, to portability, to withdraw consent and to complain to a regulator may apply too, depending on your jurisdiction. | Who this site is for | These pages are for adults who have reached the legal gambling age (18 or 19 depending on the province or territory in Canada). No part of this site is aimed at minors, and we do not knowingly collect their data. |
| Messages you send | That form on the contact page does not work yet: nothing is sent from it. Email us at one of the addresses listed on the Contact page and we keep the message and your address until the matter is settled. We do not add you to any mailing list. |
| Commercial links | Links to casino operators on this site may carry a referral marker so an operator can credit the visit to us. Your name is not revealed to us, but the law can treat referral markers, click identifiers and IP addresses as personal data, and we would rather be straight about it. |
| Where our links lead | Following a link to 7Bit Casino or any other brand takes you off this site, where their policy applies instead of ours. We do not control what third parties collect, and we have no access to your account, deposits or verification documents with them. |
| Cookies and tracking | We place no cookies ourselves, whether for analytics, advertising or preferences. The security and delivery service in front of this site may set technical cookies that screen out malicious traffic and keep pages reachable. They are technical rather than commercial, and nothing here becomes unreadable if you block cookies. |
| The rules we work to | This site is published for readers in Canada. To the extent they cover what we do, Canadian federal and provincial privacy law, the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR are the applicable regimes. We do not claim that every regime applies to every visitor — that depends on where we operate and who we target, not simply on where you happen to be sitting. |
